ITS OFFICIAL! WE HAVE NEWS! Elder Davies sent a great letter just the other day. It will be scanned....or typed and then a link will be created so that ALL CAN ENJOY! He is doing GREAT! He is currently one of the THREE district leaders in the Preston MTC (a total of 35 elders!) His companion is Elder Garcia from Spain. He helps him with the language and watches him eat.........oh the glorious MTC. Well enough paraphrasing for now. You can read it yourself once the letter is posted.
Because of the mail delay you can now send all letters to the mission office. Once we get an actual apartment address we will share that; however, to be safe you can just send all letters to the office and they will be forwarded to him.
We are keeping our fingers crossed to see if we get pictures after he gets into the field. Once we do you will be able to post them and all you have to do is simply click on the pictures link. Isn't that nice? I thought so.

ALAS.....nothing....YET!
So, brothers and sisters, at this point we are taking the phrase, "no news is good news" to heart. As far as we know (due to the incredibly brief email sent by the MTC President) Elder Davies has arrived and is healthy and well. Other than that.....NOTHING! THUS, stay tuned for the latest and greatest addition to the exciting chronicles of the Elder Davies blog.
PS and bytheway.....WRITE HIM! Letters take just under a week to arrive in the mission SO.....write now and you will be able to get him a good two or three letters in before he leaves for the FIELD!
